Meaning-Centered Therapy: Persevering in High Intensity Roles

This weekly class is designed to support individuals bearing a heavy weight of responsibility, be it professionally (e.g., healthcare providers, athletes, executives, attorneys, etc.) or personally (e.g., caregiving for family members with serious conditions) when the circumstances offer no easy resolutions.

It draws from science-based approaches with a focus on building expertise, compassion, and actionable skills for bringing your most capable self to life’s challenges. These skills are provided in an encouraging environment with opportunities for self-reflection, connection with fellow over-functioners, and attention to themes that may feel neglected (e.g., humor, ease, spontaneity, self-care).

“In the midst of winter I found there was, within me, an invincible summer.”

-Albert Camus

Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT) for Overcontrol & Perfectionism

We are bombarded with self-improvement messaging that tells us we need to be better than we are. RO-DBT is a powerful intervention developed for perfectionism, excessive self-control, and treatment-resistant anxiety to help individuals who are highly self-critical and prone to burnout. As a Psypact Provider, we are able to serve individuals from most US States.

Radically Open DBT Graduates Class

Held monthly, this class is intended for people who have completed all foundational RO Skills Classes and are now seeking a supportive context to maintain or deepen their skill use. Contact us for a free consultation to discuss options for joining.
