We’re now fully in our new office space! It’s located at 124 S 400 E #200 SLC, UT 84111. Here is some important info for a seamless process getting here and settled:
Free Parking: Follow the driveway underneath the building to access a back, uncovered parking lot.
Entering the Building: Follow signs to “Crossroads Mental Health. Take the elevator to the second floor and find suite 200’s waiting room where I’ll meet you.
Other details: Restrooms are on the same floor and code is (posted in the waiting room too):

Wheelchair Accessibility: There are ramps for the wheelchair accessible entrance, BUT currently no electric doors to auto-open. I’ll be inquiring about this omission with the owner to try to get it remedied. Please text me if you run into any problems, and I’m happy to walk down and meet you at the entrance.
